Between 2023-08-17T12:29:00Z and 2023-08-17T14:21:00Z the forwarding of messages to customer systems has been paused for some customers. Afterwards the delayed messages were all delivered. The issue had been caused by a worker service getting stuck on a network timeout. We've improved the code and extended logging and monitoring to avoid this in the future.
